Lough Macnean is in County Fermanagh in Northern Ireland, but it is very near indeed to the border with Southern Ireland. This is a land of beautiful lakes. We stayed overnight in a house that offered this view in the early morning. Painted in early 2003, this is one of my very first paintings.
